The Superhero project will be an elite group of young individuals that have remarkable mental and physical traits. This project will start training potential Superheros as young as 15 to become an official Superhero by 21. Once an individual becomes a superhero, he/she will be paid to fight crime with the police. This will create jobs for youth and stimulate the economy while keeping the youth engaged in helpful and healthy activities.
