to create and implement a national agenda on reparations for the Enslaved Africans & their survivors of African descent

Reparations are sought as payment on a interest incurring debt, which the U.S government owes to African enslaved persons & their survivors of African descent for slavery & the apartheid systems under Jim Crow, Black Codes, sharecropping, peonage & other institutionalized racist policies, led and supported by the United States government. As such, we the signers of this petition, demand that the Obama Administration put forth an official order for a new department & Czar to oversee the creation & implementation of national policies, which would provided reparations and restitution to African enslaved persons & their survivors of African descent.Demands for reparations includes but not limited to: monetary compensation; land distribution; and tax credits,deductions & exemptions.
