Create and implement a opt-out option for Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare.

While the Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare Programs are beneficial to many people throughout These United States, there should be a option to opt-out of these programs. Many in the younger generations feel that the programs will not be around to benefit them in their old age, or feel that they are fiscally responsible enough to effectively plan for and provide for their own retirement and future medical needs. We the People ask that a opt-out option for those who do not wish to be apart of these programs, and as such would no longer pay taxes into any of these programs, with full understanding that those who choose to opt-out will not be able to receive benefits from any of these programs in the future.
