Create and lobby a bill to protect employees rights from Religious Freedom being used as a category of discrimination

This bill is needed to protect all workers in light of the Hobby Lobby ruling. This bill is needed to protect workers from discrimination and harassment under the guise of Religious Freedom. By granting companies the right of Religious Freedom, it can be used to discriminate against gays, women, or anyone that may be "offended" due to moral and religious beliefs.
