Create and maintain a Federal Driving Under the Influence (DUI) / Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) Registry.

This petition is to enact (Retroactively) a National DUI/DWI Registry including the same restrictions as those on other famous national databases. This is to include registration, plates and Drivers ID to be labeled accordingly and restrictions imposed on where those convicted of DUI/DWI can congregate.
