Create and Maintain a super mutant army of American patriots to defend and crush all opposition to freedom

We need to develop underground vaults dedicated to mutant research and military technology to help further their combat capabilities, with their super mutant prowess they would easily survive damage that would kill a mere mortal, and furthermore could brave radiation and be healed by it, they could also help further the understanding of human anatomy and also show the world that america can do whatever is possible by creating this wonderous army of patriotic super mutant warriors, much more powerful then the seals or any human, with strength to wield an industrial tool as if it was nothing, through american science we can achieve this goal if it is approved for the good of the country and to further science!
