Create and manage a program to help illegal immigrants obtain legal citizenship and an opportunity of welfare.

I'm not asking for our border security gates to swing wide open for any person to come in. I'm asking to give Mexicans a chance at a decent life. Their country is poor and run by greedy people, so these "illegal immigrants" run to us for a chance at a better life, for them and their kids. Some people are too poor to simply walk in and pay for citizenship. My request is that we provide another option, a thorough background exam on those who wish for what we have but can not afford it. Check medical records, criminal records and whatever you need to ensure that they can be trusted in the United States, but it's not fair for the innocent people to suffer for the nation's problems. We can choose to either help their country out from these drug cartels, or we can give them a place of refuge
