To create and pass a bill to ban all citizen or corporate ownership and/or sale or possession of simiautomatic weapons.

Owning a gun to protect ones home and hunting , both only requiring single shots, will be limited by law, however this shall no longer include a rapid-fire, automatic or simiautomatic weapons. This was never forseen by our creators of the Constitution. The National Rifle Association did not design the Constitution , however, our forefathers obviously never imagined the citizens needing to own and/or carry, such guns with intention of "using them". Why else would anyone need such a weapon of mass destruction? Collectors, certified as such, could obtain a permit as long as the weapons were shown to be disabled permanently. Neither citizen, organization, company, special interest group, alien, criminal and law enforcement representative shall own, carry, or sell/transport .
