Create And Pass A Federal Anti-Bullying Law.

Created by W.F. on February 01, 2013

Mr. President.

I have seen far too often what bullying can do to a child. No child should be ostracized by his or her peers due to some sort of school-enforced "class system" as exists in public schools today.

A specific example of this class system is the willful ostracism that intellectual children undergo from their athletic counterparts. This is, by and large, ignored by the faculties of the public schools, and even encouraged in some cases by the faculty members themselves.

This has got to stop, Mr. President. We have shown that going to the faculty does not work, as it is too often swept under the rug by faculty members in favor of the bullies whose parents are, more often than not, athletic boosters. Kids of athletic boosters should not be exempted. End This Now.
