Create and produce a hemp based currency to compete with federal reserve notes. Backed by emerging hemp market value.

The U.S. dollar, commonly known as the petrodollar, or federal Reserve note is not minted by the U.S. government. I request that the government begins printing and circulating a currency based on hemp. This will be a natural evolution as hemp starts to gain control as a resource, and eventually replaces many industries that are controlled by oil. It should be backed by hemp market values, and printed interest free by our government. It should remain separate from the irs so that it cannot be used to pay taxes.
