Create and publicly distribute a list of large corporations who have outsourced jobs overseas.

Large corporations who are accepting tax breaks have shipped many jobs overseas. This petition is to publicize who has done that, so that they may consider bringing the jobs home to support the economy during this very difficult time. It's a no cost to the taxpayer jobs creation program and provides a way for corporations to engage in assisting Americans find work.
