Create and put in place new laws that change the placement of felons and criminal offenders in the workplace.

Created by J.T. on September 02, 2013

The current situation with felons and criminal offenders in the workplace seem very discriminatory and hopeless for citizens of the U.S. who have committed crimes. The White House Administration and Congress should put in place new laws that give new opportunity to citizens that face these dilemmas. A 2- year statue should be put in place on certain crimes; that would allow an automatic NONDISCLOURE on criminal backgrounds. DEFERRED ADJUDICATED PROBATION; should mean that after successful completion of probation, the case is not associated with your criminal background for further potential speculation by employers or other potentail situations. The workplace laws and regulations on felons need to change dramatically; which would evetually help our economy. With opportinity comes change.
