There are teenagers out in the U.S. that have horrible anger management issues and they take it out the wrong way, resulting in: suspension, expulsion, Children's Village, Juvy, and just plain punishment. But what I'm trying to get across is that we do not need our teenagers growing through their teenage years in Juvenile Detention or Children's Village etc.

Once teenagers think it is ok, they keep going and going and going. Agression leads to violence and boot camps are not the answer.
