This petition is to create legislation which forces the federal government to enact an annual budget which has expenditures lower than income. It should also include payments on the national defecit to eliminate it in a reasonable time period. There is no reason to not include the abolition, with a grandfather clause, of Social Security, Medicare, Medicade, and the taxes these programs incur on tax paying citizens.
