We pay an annual fee for vehicle licensing and for our drivers license. We have to pay multiple taxes to live in our homes. It seems to follow that - given the enormous responsibility of possessing a gun, we should have to not only register each one but pay a yearly registration/licensing fee for those guns. In all ways, guns should be treated materially exactly like cars or homes with their requisite fees, titles, and purchasing/selling procedures.
