Voter turnout is abysmally low, especially in midterm elections.
Our system of voting was conceived centuries ago, and is backward, difficult, and inefficient. We now have vastly improved methods of communication.
Let the Administration create a secure app that will allow citizens to vote in elections on their devices, and let them pass the needed legislation to allow the American people to vote in elections via that app.
The result will be an exponentially strengthened and reinvigorated democracy.
