Create an Auto-bon style freeway system in open parts of the country and along the excising roadways. This should be a pay-per-use area of two lanes in each direction, with unlimited speed limit and a high minimum speed. to help create an easier path to visit family, friends, work or play.
With this plan being pay per use, it could pay for itself with out unnecessary cost to those to people who don't use this service. This is also a long term solution that would start making money in the future. I believe that this could be a help with our unemployment, creating jobs for people in making and maintaining such a large undertaking.
I know that there will be concerns about safety. I know that our autos are considerably safer then ever and we can implement safety walls and no ice spray.
