United States allows engineering, medical, science and IT workers to come and work in US with H1B visa. Most of these people with Master Degree or 15 years exp. in industry or research wish to stay back in US. Green Card processing and Citizenship takes on an average 10 years to 15 years. Unless these applicants get their green card they do not invest in US due to lack of stability in life. US economy will benefit by creating an automatic route for these temporary workers. These workers will help build a faster growing US economy. So I wish that US immigration policy be modified in such a manner to create such an automatic route for citizenship.
