Men and women returning from the Middle East find themselves without jobs because their training to enter the military is not recognized by institutions at home. These veterans are then forced to either go back to school and get trained for the same skills, or choose another career, both of which require time and money. By recognizing military credentials, employers will be able to hire these veterans upon their return.
