Create a Balance Budget Amendment.

Over the last 4 years the President of the United States has not passed one budget to balance the budget. For the last 4 years we have had trillion dollar deficits after Obama promised to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term. In the last 4 years the President has doubled the deficit. These large out of control deficits lead to the 16 trillion dollar debt the country currently has. Over the last 4 years the President took a 10 trillion dollar national debt and turned it into a 16 trillion national debt. That's about 6 trillion dollars of new debt, and it only took Obama 3 years to add that much debt. We can not keep spending more money than we take in. If politicians wont stand by their words than we need a Constitutional amendment to make them balance the budget.
