That Congress, Representatives and all Lawmakers receive a balanced and appropriate Salary based on the median income that the state the represent or from which they have residence has. This will help to remind the lawmakers of the people whom they represent. It will encourage them to improve the lives of the people they represent. As there state improves and the median income improves so does there pay. They will not be able to approve pay increases for themselves. It will help them remind themselves where they are from and what they need to accomplish.
