The United States government currently does not have a balanced budget.

"The US Government spends $121,067 per second...Of the total money shown above, the US Government borrows $52,162 each second..."
Our government needs to create a balanced budget in order to provide for the prosperity of its people, to demonstrate a positive example of budgeting to the world, and to alleviate the negative repercussions of debt.
