Create a Balanced Budget Amendment

Our US government has to understand what it means to be fiscally responsible. If you have a dollar -- you can spend a dollar -- not one cent more! We need to have a balanced budget amendment so that the government can no longer spend more money than what it receives. No more loans. This does NOT mean that they raise taxes so they can spend more. It means that the government looks at their revenue and plans a budget for that amount -- just like responsible citizens have to do. Whatever gave our government the idea that they can tax us to death, spend even more than what they take from us, and then get us into HUGE debt. Our government has lost its original goals as set by the constitution. We are requiring the government to pass a balanced budget amendment now!
