Create a balanced budget through a simple process of being responsible with our tax Dolars

When a Government loses it's tax base by major restructuring of American jobs to foreign countries, there must be certain and unavoidable steps to take to avoid fiscal calamity. Here are a few suggested steps: 1)Reduce politicians pay proportionally to the reduction of wages for the average American middle class and force them to abide by the same rules and laws that they enact ie. social security Obama-Care etc.. No more elitist benefits. 2) Stop the outpouring of foreign aid. Aid on a case by case basis and only temporary. 3) Close at least half of the hundreds of military bases on foreign soil. 4) No more "free" ride for welfare recipients. If you are able to work then do so for benefits. 5) Consider legalizing and taxing marijuana. This would crush cartels and save on the drug war.
