"Rolling coal" is the term for truck modifications which allow the driver to blow massive clouds of black CO2 smoke into the environment. This act is not only hurting our environment by emitting more CO2 than is necessary to operate the vehicle, but also contributes to wasted natural resources and has become a public nuisance.
