The issue of child support is a delicate family matter that should be agreed upon by both parents when possible. No one parent should be allowed to go into an already corrupt system to destroy another parent with lies and treachery. Each case should be individually scrutanized by an agency of non-impartial case workers who interview both parties prior to filing any claims. If one custodial parent is unavailable, or does not want to be interviewed then that is a different story. However if both custodial parents are available to discuss the issue then so be it. This system has damaged and ruined more lives than any other government system and it needs an overhaul. No one should be allowed to go online and file a petition for child support.
