Start a baseline salary amount for ALL elected government officials in the House, Senate, Governors, Local and State Representatives, etc. All members will share a percentage of pay increase dependant upon the economic increase of the United States of America. If the economy is down at the end of a year, then ALL pay raises will be lost for the upcoming year of service to help compensate the start of the fiscal year.
