Basic Boarder Verification Status to be along to terms of: Boarder is Person-Boarding In-Residence, Board is Lease-Holder and/or Head-of-household; Boarder's tenancy is by verbal or written agreement; Boarder must show Receipt-of-Tenancy for official verification of domicile. Basic boarding terms: [1] reasonable and agreed contribution and cooperation for rent, chores, and maintenance [2] at least one separate private boarder sleeping/property item room [3] access to living, kitchen, dining, utility, and recreational areas [4] privacy access to bath, mail, telephone [5] agreed access to internet, parking, and extra storage [6] boarder will not access private areas or property items for the board and [7] boarder will not disturb board, board guests or other members of residence.
