Create a national registry of people with mental health diagnoses that will allow the BATF to search and deny firearm purchases. The CDC requires contagious diseases to be reported and people that are being treated for depression, suicide, dementia, bipolar, and a number of other mental heath diseases should not be allowed to purchase or own guns.
This would be a government only searchable database not for public use.
