Create a better Obamacare that does not force Americans to pay a fine if they cannot afford to get healthcare.

The petition is to address the "fines" associated with Obamacare. No american should be fined for not being able to afford healthcare. This is against our rights as Americans. The Obamacare act should be in place for those who really need it, but it should not be forced on the people to get insurance "or you will be fined." This is highly unethical. This petition is to voice the concern with the healthcare system and attempt to modify the policy so that Americans who still cannot afford healthcare do not need to face fines for not having it.
