Create better Public Transportation in Rural Areas

In many rural areas the aid of public transportation is rarely present. Even in some small urban areas like superior Wisconsin, public transportation is scarce and very inconvenient to use. I think if smaller areas had better transportation it would help create jobs for local citizens and allow the middle-class of rural america to have a cheap and easy way of transportation. It does not have to be a huge company ran style business it just has to be a dependable shuttle style transportation system. Also it would allow people with a low income to travel places like larger cities for instance. it is very expensive for low income people to travel on their own. If they had the option of using transportation systems people from rural areas could have the connection to larger more populated areas
