Create a better way military dependents can use the Post 911 bill after leaving school for medical reasons.

Created by M.A. on November 28, 2012

Military dependents who use the Post 911 may run into certain situations that prevents them from finishing the semester. My wife was having complications with her pregnancy so she had to withdraw from college in January 2012. Once she had the baby in May of 2012 she have been trying to get back into school but Veterans Affairs keep giving her the run around. We sent in all the information required so she can be eligible to use the Post 911 and not pay from withdrawing but Veterans Affairs office is saying that they haven't made a decision yet. We have been waiting at least six months for an answer. There has to be a better route for our dependents to use active duty resources like the Post 911 without the run around.
