Create a Bi-Partisan position in the White House to act as a Moderator between the Republican and Democrat parties.

Enough of the arguing across the aisle, and the Democrats and Republicans disagreeing due to party lines, if President Obama and Speaker Boehner can't negotiate then we need a Moderator in office who has the purpose of bringing together Bi-Partisan cooperation. This Moderator would be approved by the people in a special election, and could be Democrat or Republican, but most be Independent once in the White House.
