Create bids for private companies to build nuclear power plants.

Create a government sponsered bid to build nuclear power plants for private companies. The government would determine where a plant is needed and procure the land. The government would also help expedite process such as having to go through the EPA, and other regulators of nuclear power. The private companies would then bid for the building rights. The winning company or companys would receive incentives, such a tax breaks and secured contracts to build a plant or plants. This would create jobs, increase power available and switch us away from more traditional sources of energy such as coal and petroleum run facilities.
