Create a Bike Lane on the entire 1600 miles of Route 11 to encourage rural commuting and recreation

This petition has been created to examine the tax payers interest in providing a safe bike lane on route 11 from Louisiana to New York state covering the span of 1,645 miles. The inclusion of a safe bike lane on this largely rural route would make available a means to commute and recreation.
