Due to congress having no limits in office we have seen alot of bias and favortism. And blanten lack of duty to the people. Congressmen have done nothing to help us finacially or defensively because they are old dogs doing the same tricks. If a congressmen has a term limit he/she may feel the need to produce benefitual laws so that he/she may get relected. Most congressmen spent more time lobbying for votes than actual law producing.
I propose that all congressmen have a three term limit and then a new congressmen must be elected to his seat. This will help with law making, lobbying and budgeting.
