Create a bill to limit terms of judges to 4 years since it is unconscionable for a Judge to have more than a President

Created by R.C. on April 07, 2013

it is unconscionable to give 12 year terms to Judges while a President only receives four. This allows for judges to imbed multitudes of rulings and laws that govern the daily concourse of civil life and prevents the appeal of them under a president's term when they are brought before review in both houses under a sitting president who may also be departing.
Either increase the President's term of office or reduce the terms of all elected judge's will reflect an equal balance of power.
However the latter is more inline with the idea of giving the people a timely window to eradicate the rulings of judge's that affect constitutional and state laws affecting them
