Create a bill to make card checks an option instead of subjecting employees to an NLRB election.

Allow employees the fair chance of voting in a labor union by signing authorization cards to show their support instead of being subjected to an employers harassment and unfair intimidation that happens in a NLRB election.

This petition should be for employers with over 50 employees as to not effect the mom and pop small businesses .
