This Petition requests the Government creates a Bill that will provide for the general welfare of Deaf and Blind Americans, including those who do not receive Grants or Financial Aid from attending school. In part, this Bill will ensure that Deaf and Blind Americans receive reliable Medical Assistance before Physicians or Doctors operate on them.
In the United States there is a high mortality rate for Deaf Americans due to signs being mistranslated by either Doctors/ Physicians and Interpreters. This Petition aims to reduce those numbers by creating awareness.
Everyone is entitled to Life, and the aim of this Petition is to help give a voice to Deaf and Blind Americans, and to prevent them from being discriminated against.
