create a bill to remove harmful artificial ingredients in domestic and international food flowing into the U.S.A

I have read that many of the foods we eat today have harmful ingredients I.E carcinogens in soft drinks , plastic in noodles. this is unacceptable and i think there needs to be a bill or law passed to remove these harmful ingredients
