Outlined in the second Amendment and as in the Supreme Court decision McDonald v. Chicago. And that the laws made my individual states, banning any and all weapons do not supersede the Constitution of the United States of America. And that the administrations clearly define the definition of the term assault weapons. This bills intention is to clarify the powers of individual states and cities verses the Second amendment and the proper definition of the word assault rifle. And how the cosmetic appearance of a fire arm has nothing to do with functionality and performance
