We the people of the United States of America petition for the president to help create a bill that would approve all citizens to have only one offspring after registering for a national offspring registry. The population and its effects on the planet are increasing. The population will soon reach 9 billion people. The key to our happy, healthy, and productive survival as a humankind lies in this bill. A similar law was passed in China. Let's not reach the population of china and let our environment become polluted with smog, decay, and overcrowding. Prevention is the key to intervention.
