Create A bill of rights for healthcare workers working in the field.

I am starting this petition in an effort to bring a set bill of rights to the table for health care professionals working in the field. As we know Every patient/client/resident has a set "patient's bill of rights" That doesn't change, but health care providers are left to care for these people with out any rights of their own. Many are kicked, scratched, bitten, unfairly accused of abuse when caring for others, forced to work long hours or care for large workloads,terminated from jobs or assignments just because a client is unhappy with skin tone, their speed etc and have no recourse. Healthcare workers deserve a set bill of rights to protect them, as much as they patients deserve their rights to protect them selves and their standard of care.
