Create a bill to specify safety measures for all schools to be named after the youngest victim of the Newton,CT shooting

In the wake of the Newton, CT school shooting tragedy, a bill should be created to mandate safety measures all public schools in the nation must follow. The bill will be named after the youngest victim in the shooting. "The XXXXXXX School Safety Act".
1) All classroom doors will automatically lock when closed and only open from the inside (without a key).
2) All school main entrances must contain a mantrap (two sets of doors) with the second set protected by a magnetic lock. The mag-lock will only open when someone in the office pushes a button.
3) The mantrap area will contain a metal detector persons entering the school must pass through.
4) All schools must have one armed office worker present with their CHL, if they don't already have an armed school resource officer.
