create a Bill for Term Limits on all members of Congress and the Senate - 3 terms for Congress and 2 terms for Senate.

The Term Limit petition would limit members of Congress to serve a maximum of 3 terms only and members of the Senate to maximum of 2 terms. I believe this Bill would go along way to assure that no member of Congress or the Senate would acquire too much power or complete control by lobbyists. This measure would hopefully force members of Congress to be more effective in passing needed legislation for "the people" they were elected to serve.
