The Obama administration along with the Democratic party claim that the so termed "Obama Care" does not provide for government funded abortions, the Republican party claims they do. Democrats claim the HHS mandate does not force employers to pay for contraceptives, the Republicans claim they do. Either somebody is lying or the bills are as clear as mud. We the people demand clarity of government proceedings in regards to legislation such that college students like myself and any citizen interested in the proceedings of this great country can actually read and understand bills brought before congress. We details of legislation to be clear and concise so we do not have to spend a semester of research to understand each bill!
