Create binding legislation that enforces and guarantees net neutrality to future generations.

In 2010 a decision was made by the FCC that required ISPs to enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favoring or blocking particular products or websites. Today, this decision was overturned because according to the U.S. appeals court, people have a choice in their service providers that allows them to change their service provider if they're unhappy with their connections. Unfortunately, this is not enough to ensure equal access. Without legislation enforcing them, service providers will have the power to block any and all sites, applications, and services whose goals do not align with their own. This allows the service companies to control what information we are able to access and to manipulate the internet to serve their own purposes.
