Create A Blind System of Voting for ALL Government Elected Positions

Change with our government can only BEGIN with a new system of voting. The current system is a popularity contest, and the American people are forced to choose between two bad options. Independents will never have enough money or advertisements to win, making people feel they are forced to choose between the lesser of two evils. I propose we have a very clear list of the top ten Presidential (or Congressional, Senatorial, Gubernatorial, etc.) candidates’ top ten issues and how they’d change them. These should be advertised in newspapers, internet, and sparsely on TV, with NO names, political parties, pictures or any identifiable information. This will save billions on campaigning, headaches over incessant commercials, and will be a completely fair system of voting, starting at the bottom.
