In order to help maintain the privacy & dignity of all parties,in order to increase the safety of the public, it is hereby requested that the government create a "buffer zone" of at least 25 feet from the entrances and exits of any and all health care facilities, as well as the sites of all funerals. This includes the openings to all driveways and around the perimeter of all parking facilities.
By making a respectful distance from these openings, public safety is increased by allowing unobstructed access to the facilities in the event of medical or law enforcement emergencies and allows individuals to enter into and off of public roadways without the risk of striking a pedestrian who is attempting to block access as a form of protest.
