The government should buy automobile factories that have been shutdown in order to build energy efficient automobiles, either electric or high mileage, without all the bells and whistles that the average American could afford to purchase new.
Americar should be a non profit government backed comp-any who's sole purpose is to build the economy and employ Americans.
